●  Medical Release and Copy of Health Insurance
●  Check for $ 495.00 (After June 5, 2013-Regular Registration)
●  Check for $ 395.00 (On or before June 5, 2013-Early Registration)

 

The above fee excludes airfare. Transportation to and from Dulles International Airport, 

Virginia to Crown Plaza Tyson’s Corner will be

provided between 2 pm to 5 pm on July 15, 2013, and from Hotel to Dulles from 7 am to 10 am on July 18, 2013.

                                         2:30 PM                   Whitehouse Sidewalk Walkathon 

                                                                        on Pennsylvania Ave.

                                         3:00 PM                   Prayer Vigil in Front of Laos Embassy

                                         3:30 PM                   Prayer Vigil in Front of Chinese Embassy      

                                         7:00 PM                   Torch Prayer Vigil 

                                                                        at Washington Korean Central

                                                                        Presbyterian Church with
