1. The KCC ministry supports the Korean churches and the signature-seeking campaign in order to pass the bill for North Korea Freedom, which Sen. Brownback introduced before the House, and any other bills containing similar contents.

2. The KCC ministry is a passionate supporter of the organizations, communities, missionaries, and NGOs (Non-Government Organizations) who devote themselves to help gain the refugee’s rights and relieve food shortage in North Korean.

3. When refuges arrive and settle in the U.S. according to the U.S. government policy of Refuge Heaven, the KCC ministry accounts for the tasks of evangelizing and helping to meet refugee’s varied needs.

4. In order to create the world’s opinion, the KCC ministry engages in publication works--translated in various languages--about the issues regarding food shortages and severe persecution in North Korea, and the situation of North Korean escapees around the world.

5. The KCC ministry promotes the support of the North America mainstream denominations and major NGOs who are willing to help relieve shortages, establish the refugee’s rights, and gain entrance to U.S.

6. KCC promotes Korean Churches in North America to participate in the prayer campaign for our nation and people in the attempt to spread the campaign to South America and Europe until God of almighty allows and responds us just as He recovered the nation of Israel through the hands of Nehemiah.
